[oXygen-user] UI for Creating Key-Based Image Refs?

Using 16.0 in Author mode with DITA, having created a key definition bound
to an image, there doesn't appear to be a tool bar or menu item to insert
an image reference to a key.

I would expect either a separate Toolbar button analogous to the
conref/conkeyref buttons or a single Insert Image dialog that offers both
a URI and key selector when there are keys bound to non-DITA resources (or
resources with known image types) in the current key-providing map.

I'm trying to use the practice of having keys for all referenced
resources, including images.
