Hi Eliot,

Two options, first is better:
1. Once you have the transformation scenario set with extensions and 
everything and you are in the Editor perspective use the "Debug 
Scenario" action to switch in the XSLT Debugger perspective with the 
current scenario settings.

2. In the XSLT Debugger perspective you have an "Edit Extensions" action 
on the toolbar where you can specify the extension libraries.
