[oXygen-user] Compiling external HTML resources upon transform to CHM

Hi Khaled,

For DITA publishing Oxygen just runs an external ANT process on the DITA 
Open Toolkit.
You will have to make modifications to the ANT build files in order to 
copy additional non-DITA resources to the output folder. Then, if the 
resources are in the output folder they should be incorporated in the CHM.
