Errr, developers of Oracle database should be cruelly tortured. When I
enclose path in "" instead of '' it works. So problem is probably in
Oracle itself not in a way how oXygen passed query.

It is real pain to work with XQuery in Oracle when one is used to
conforming implementations like Saxon :-(
