  Hi,

  It seems that the Send action in the WSDL SOAP Analyser generates a
SOAPAction HTTP header without double quotes around the URI, while
http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/NOTE-SOAP-20000508/#_Toc478383528 says it
should, if I am right.
