[oXygen-user] Customizing footers in output PDF

Hello,

If you want to modify the header or footer of a PDF output you need to 
customize the DocBook stylesheet for XSL-FO output. See the section 
about headers and footers in print customizations, that is XSL-FO 
customizations:
