[oXygen-user] Null Pointer Exception

Dear Wendy,

I cannot reproduce the error. If you can find the DITA topic file that 
you modified since the transformation worked correctly last time please 
send it. If you can send the full set of input DITA files of the 
transformation that would be good too.
