[oXygen-user] Oxygen hanging at startup

Hello,

Did you install or change settings of a firewall application on your 
Windows computer which blocks connections to local ports? Does oXygen 
start up normally from the command line using the 
[oXygen-install-folder]/oxygen.bat script? Is it a Tablet PC computer?
