[oXygen-user] MathFlow losing support

I'm not the final answer on this, but I believe that the expectation is
people using Oxygen XML will move to MathType integrations for Oxygen XML:

This is true at least for Oxygen XML Web Author. I haven't looked at what's
supposed to happen for the Oxygen desktop version.
