[oXygen-user] suppress hover-over text in editor?

Hi Radu,

Thank you so much! I believe this setting will handle most of my issues with tooltips, since I'm usually showing XML documents or XSLT/XSL-FO.

Thank you also for considering a global setting. I'm always grateful for your support!
