[oXygen-user] Why is Oxygen showing my files in Chinese?

Hi Folks,

I created a Hello, world text file using Notepad.

Then I dragged and dropped the file into Oxygen.

Oxygen displays the text in Chinese (I think). See screenshot below.

How do I fix this?  /Roger
