[oXygen-user] Refactoring operation to transform the first row of all tables in a set of DITA topics to a header row

Hi Yves,

We do not have such an XML refactoring operation bundled with Oxygen. 
And there does not seem to be one in our XML refactoring samples project:
https://github.com/oxygenxml/dita-refactoring-examples

so you will probably need to build your own.
