[oXygen-user] The Wellformed XML Scanner validator tried to connect to: 209.250.6.226:80

Radu,

Thanks! I extracted all the URIs, these are xsd files that reference
each other and the same namespaces, repetitively. (Not my files, I was
asked to look at them.)

I'll try cleaning up the namespaces, etc. and see if the error keeps up.
