Would this be more suited for cross-posting to 'docbook-apps' rather

I haven't tried formatting DocBook with Oxygen change tracking markup,
so I would be interested in your XSL-FO experiments.  In theory, some
combination of your work, the DITA-centric change tracking for AH
Formatter in the 'ah-review-oxygen' project [1], and Radu's hints should
be able to coalesce into change tracking in PDF output with AH Formatter
from DocBook.
