[oXygen-user] '<' in validation scenario names?

I have a validation scenario for Schematron checking of
pseudo-attributes of '<?pdf?>' PIs.  The people editing the documents
are quite used to seeing the PIs referred to as '<?pdf?>'.

If I include '<?pdf?>' in the scenario name, it shows as '<?pdf?>' in
the 'Configure validation scenario(s)' dialog box but as '?pdf?>' in the
'Problems' panel.

If I include '<?pdf?>' in the scenario name, it shows as '<?pdf?>'
in the 'Configure validation scenario(s)' dialog box and as '<?pdf?>' in
the 'Problems' panel.

Is there a way for '<' to show in both places?

Using <oXygen/> XML Editor 21.1, build 2019090904.
