The new extension <extension type="WebappCSSResource" 
href="web/static/github.css"/> has been introduced in the latest version 
of Web Author, 21.1.1.

I encourage you to upgrade to version 21.1.1 of Web Author. The beta 
plugin is compatible with it and it includes new features (File 
Comparison Tool) related to the Git plugin that you are using [1].
