[oXygen-user] oxygen XML editor on Ubuntu 19.10

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for your answer.  I re-downloaded the latest version using 
openjdk, rebootet and made sure I am running on X11.  Now I could 
install as expected an am a happy camper again.
