[oXygen-user] easy way to turn a regular table row into a heading row?

Hi group

Is there an easy way to select one or more rows in a table and turn these
into heading rows (thead)? I'm thinking about something like this:

   1. Select the row(s).
   2. Right-click and choose "Refactoring > convert rows to heading rows".
