[oXygen-user] transform "body rows" <tbody> to "heading rows" <thead>

Hi group

Is there an easy way in oXygen 17 to select the first row in a table and
make that row a "heading row" (thead)?

I think it would be nice to have some kind of content menu command which
says: "Transform to heading row".</feature_request>
