[oXygen-user] xliff support

Hi Timothy,

We could try to look into adding some minimal support for xliff. As we 
are not familiar with xliff, would you be interested in working with us? 
For example to give us some xliff samples, tell us about what schemas 
can be used for xliff validation, give us feedback about how a CSS for 
editing in the Author visual editing mode should look like in order to 
be helpful.
