[oXygen-user] Does the DITA-OT provided with oXygen have mods to allow both .xml and .dita extensions?

Hi Robert,

No, as far as I know Oxygen does not have special patches for the 
situation you reported.
Each Oxygen version comes bundled with a DITA OT installation, for 
example Oxygen 16.0 (the latest Oxygen version) comes with DITA OT 1.8. 
So probably this was a bug which was fixed in more recent versions of 
the DITA OT.
Did you use the same DITA OT installation version when running the 
publishing from Oxygen and when running from the command line?
