It's possible you've encountered a bug.
Could you please send us a sample of such a file to support at oxygenxml.com ?
Regarding v15.2 on OS X, for best stability please make sure you're
using the .zip distribution of Oxygen running on Java SE 6. You can
check this in Help > About, System properties. Look for
'java.runtime.version', its value should be 1.6.0.
