[oXygen-user] Updating Xerces component

Hi Jirka,

We actually upgraded to the latest Xerces just after the 14.0 release so 
in a couple of week you will have that available in version 14.1.
If you need that earlier we can make available a development snapshot, 
just drop us a note.
