[oXygen-user] JAXB validation

Hello Tara,

None of the Oxygen validators are based on JAXB if that's what you're 
asking.
If you have a command line parser/validator that is JAXB based you can 
configure it to be used in Oxygen: Options > Preferences, Editor > 
Custom Validation Engines.
