Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that Oxygen is an XML editor and provides 
helpers(validation, content completion) for HTML5 in XML form.
XML-wise that DOCTYPE declaration is incorrect. XML is case sensitive so 
the declaration should be:
<!DOCTYPE html>
