[oXygen-user] Edit modes preferences do not work for "Find in Files" results

Dear Yves,
This works as designed. The find in files operation works on the text
and therefore for all the results it obtains it has a line and column
and the length of that hit. Now, a result can be not only part of the
XML content, thus easily to be rendered in the Author mode but it can be
part of an element, part of an attribute or part of an attribute value,
or even more difficult it can overlap on multiple such elements,
attributes, values thus making the rendering process impossible in the
general case in the Author mode while the rendering is strait forward in
the Text mode.
The Find/Replace action on the open editor will work only on the content
when you are in the Author mode, thus the results will be rendered in
the Author page and there is no switch in the Text page.
Best Regards,
George
