[oXygen-user] content completion for instance of relax ng schema

Hello,

The same editing features should be available in RELAX NG instance 
documents in the new version of Oxygen. How did you associate the XML 
document with the RELAX NG schema? Does the RELAX NG schema exist at the 
specified location? You can check this by running the Open External 
Schema action which is available both on the Document toolbar and the 
Document -> Schema menu.

Please send small sample files for reproducing the problem.
