[oXygen-user] Enhancing character map lookup

Hi Wendell,

Thanks for the suggestion.
Actually this has been asked before but we somehow need to automatically 
compile a list of characters and their unicode names in an XML file and 
then use this file to provide information in the dialog.

The issue is for now scheduled to be resolved in Oxygen 13 (in a couple 
of months) but I can give no guarantees.
