[oXygen-user] Open 2nd instance of Oxygen

Hi Karl,

You need to set a system property in the startup script with a command 
line parameter like below:

-Dcom.oxygenxml.MultipleInstances=true

How you do that depends on how you start oXygen. We have a description 
on how to do this for different platforms in the user guide:
