[oXygen-user] Grid/Author/Design tabs gray

Oxygen 12.1

I'm re-animating my use of Oxygen and want to use the Design mode for
XML and Schemas.

I cant figure out how to turn them on !

When I load an XML or an XSD file it shows in "Text" mode, and the tabs
at the bottom "Grid" , "Design" , "Author" stay gray.

Any suggestions on how I can enable these ?
