  Ok, I see now.  But from what I see, this is not the case.  The
Initializer is just a placeholder for the user to perform any
processing on the Configuration object.  I think the goal is to
be able to go behind what a config file or the command line
options let you do.

  The Initializer doc talk about the Configuration object (not
the config file).  Unless I missed something, of course...
