[oXygen-user] Nice Performance from Find/Replace Across 34, 000 Files

I just had cause to do a global search and replace across about 34,000
files. On my Mac (beefy MacBookPro) it took about 30 seconds max to make the
changes, which seems pretty fast to me. Was expecting it to take a good bit
longer.
