[oXygen-user] Default Setting for " Enable DTD/XML Schema processing in document type detection"

Hi Eliot,
We thought that this detection was a little more time consuming (the
DTDs associated with the XML had to be parsed fully to know the default
attribute values on the root element), although mostly un-noticeable if
the associated DTD's and XML Schemas are local.
After Oxygen 12 is released (in a couple of days) we will look into it
and see if we can ship Oxygen with the checkbox selected by default.
Regards,
Radu
