[oXygen-user] Default content for new files

Hello,

You can't customize the new XQuery document but you can create an XQuery 
template file(e.g. mytemplate.xquery) and copy it to 
[oxygen-installation-folder]/templates.

Afterwards when you go to File -> New -> 'From templates' you will find 
your template in the list.
