[oXygen-user] Warning message in Results window

Hello,

After what operation do you obtain that warning? Can you please provide 
more details ?

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
is the XML declaration, you will find it at the beginning of almost 
every XML file.
While this declaration is not absolutely necessary it is still useful 
because it specifies the encoding of the file.
