[oXygen-user] Sensible to Escape "&" In Pasted URLs?

I'm creating DITA docs that happen to include hrefs to URLs with query
parameters, which means the pasted URLs have unescaped "&" characters.

I'm wondering if it would be possible or sensible for Oxygen to
automatically escape "&" when pasting into an attribute text field in the
attribute editor?
