[oXygen-user] Intellisense support xsl:use-attribute-sets

Hi,

Related to this, at least in dev version of 10.3, if you have literal result
elements in your stylesheets, Oxygen suggests attributes for e.g. HTML
elements, but xsl:use-attribute-sets attribute is not on the list. Could it
be added?
