Hi,

As I mentioned a couple of months ago we will make available multiple
oXygen builds as some issues are discovered and fixed in oXygen.

In general most of the people do not need to upgrade. They need to
upgrade only if the issues fixed by the builds will affect their work.

Here there are the fixes added since the 9.1 initial build 2007121417:

Build 2007121915

     * Fix a problems with the remote HTTP resources encoding. The
encoding for remote HTTP resources was taken from the HTTP headers,
defaulting to ISO8859-1 if nothing was specified, thus bypassing the
automatic encoding detection and leading to wrong usage of the ISO8859-1
encoding.
     * Fixed a problem related with loading of the plugins for the
<oXygen/> standalone edition. If a plugin specified a jar with its
classes then no plugins were loaded.

Build 2007122116

     * Fixed the problem of dragging XML elements from the XQuery input
view to the XQuery editor. This functionality did not work.
     * Fixed the UDDI browser connection through the HTTP proxy. The
UDDI browser did not use the proxy settings specified in oXygen options.
     * Fixed the problem of using the XML schema:
http://www.w3.org/2001/03/xml.xsd for referring the default xml
attributes. The above URL was resolved though the default oXygen catalog
to a local copy. The local copy of the schema contained a reference to a
DTD that was not available locally. We removed that DTD reference.
     * Set a Saxon 9 option specifying that all nodes are untyped when
using Saxon 9 Basic. This allows Saxon to perform better optimizations
and prevents a problem with an exception thrown by Saxon B on a match
pattern of the form a[x='value']//b.

Happy holidays,
George
