I haven't studied this schema carefully, but probably XForms schema 
defines pattern like anyElement which includes elements from all 
namespaces with all attributes. You should redefine this pattern to 
exclude elements from XHTML namespace.

If you need to further discuss this RELAX NG topic it would be better to
