[oXygen-user] RelaxNG validation without DTD-compatibility

Hello Chris,

The -i option in Jing is exactly the "Check ID/IDREF" option from 
oXygen. However, in 7.1 we added support for caching the parser for 
validation and in order to see the effect when toggling the option you 
need to use the "Reset Cache and Validate" action (located on the 
toolbar immediately at the left of the "Validate Document" action).
