[oXygen-user] Setting up catalog files for W3C XML Schemas

Hi John,
Oxygen has an option that allows a not so common configuration to work,
that is to specify a DTD and use entities but validate against XML Schema.
I think you enabled this option and in this case the validation will be
done always with a schema, that is the DTD validation is disabled.
Please check the Options->Preferences -- XML -- XML Parser options --
Use only XML Schema for validation and disable it if you want to
validate against DTDs.
