[oXygen-user] Project Files are have absolute file paths

Not all paths are absolute, some are relative.

For files below the location of the project file paths are
relative. So if you can save your project file such that
all files are below it then you have a workaround.

It would be nice if paths to all files on the same
drive as the project files were relative.
