[oXygen-user] xsltproc install info

Hello,
The xsltproc was included in 6.0 distribution for Linux but was removed
starting with 6.1 because of the incompatibilities between different
Linux versions. You have to install it yourself, then make sure the PATH
environment variable contains the path where it is located.
