[oXygen-user] how to develop a plugin

Hello,
    I'm new at Oxygen and probably someone has developed what I want.
    I want to know how can I develop one plugin for Oxygen, one plugin
to connect a native XML database exactly. Is it posible?
    I want to know too if is posible to make one XSL to show to the user
only the XML document's content.
