[oXygen-user] Can't find xlinks when validating a document

Hi,

I am trying to validate an xml record in which there are lots of "import"
statements and "include" statements to various W3C XML Schemas.  One of the
XML Schemas is xlinks.xsd.  The namespace is http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink but
I can't seem to find the actual xlinks.xsd from this URI.

Does anyone know where xlinks.xsd is?
