We are happy to announce that Oxygen XML Author/Editor version 23 is 
available (along with the corresponding SDK):

As always, we kept Oxygen 23 backwards compatible with older and 
deprecated APIs so frameworks and plugins developed for older Oxygen 
versions should also work with the new version.
