[oXygen-sdk] [Ann] Oxygen 22.0 release

Hi everyone,

We recently released version 22.0 of Oxygen XML Editor (and the 
corresponding SDK):

As always we kept Oxygen 22.0 backwards compatible with older and 
deprecated APIs so frameworks and plugins developed for older Oxygen 
versions should work also with the new version.
