[oXygen-sdk] Oxygen 17.1: Availability of escapeTextValue in XMLUtilAccess

Is there a similar function available in Oxgyen 17.1 as there is from Oxygen 18+ to XML escape text (XMLUtilAccess -> escapeTextValue).
