[oXygen-sdk] Oxygen XML Editor 19.1 release

Hi everybody,

A couple of days ago we released the new Oxygen XML Editor version 19.1 
and it's corresponding API SDK.

Among the most useful additions:

- A new API callback which notifies you before an XML document is closed 
so that you can oppose the close operation.

- API to add menu items to the contextual menu presented when the end 
user right clicks an opened XML document's tab.

- API to customize the Oxygen Project contextual menu, to add new 
actions which interpret the project selection in some custom way, for 
example to add new batch validation engines or external tools or some 
version control specific actions.

We did not make any changes which would break the existing API so 
existing plugins which work with any older Oxygen version should also 
work with 19.1. If you have such a plugin and you have any trouble 
trouble using it with 19.1 please tell us and we'll try to rectify the 
problem.
