[oXygen-sdk] Maven Author SDK updated to version 17.0.2

Hi everybody,

We just updated the Oxygen 17.0 Maven Author SDK repository to version 
17.0.2:

The new update fixes an issue when using the Java Author Component.
The API method "WSAuthorComponentEditorPage.createReviewToolbar()" did 
not properly work in the previous release.
